Growing up "Appy"

Just a quick note about kids growing up in the digital age.  Both Mudgie and Aaron are well skilled in the use of our iPad.  They can turn it on, open apps, play games, watch Netflix, etc., but the language of technology has made its way in their everyday vocabulary.  We can be playing restaurant, and Aaron will ask you what kind of ice cream you want.  He'll show you the "flavors" we have (let's say the choices are green, purple, or white).  If you tell him you want the green one, he might tell you that it's "locked," just like some of the choices on the games he plays on the iPad!  Another example is how Mudgie will turn games like chase or hide and seek into "levels," so each round is a new level and requires a new twist.  I just find it so interesting how their little minds work.
