Happy Hanukkah!

This was week with a lot of firsts: Eli's first big snow storm, Eli's first wave (yes, he waved), and Eli's first Hanukkah! We went out to Western MA to visit Grammy Gail and Grampy Mike, and to celebrate Hanukkah with them. Daddy came out on Saturday due to the foot of snow we got on Friday night. Everyone got lots of great gifts! Eli is particulary fond of the music toys grammy and grampy got him, and he really liked ripping the paper to unwrap them!

We also attended the Haiko family Christmas party. Mudgie was a little overwhelmed at first...there was a lot of noise, people, and activity, but he eventually settled down a bit. He got to play with his cousin Lindsey, who is 3 months older than him, but he REALLY loved Lindsey's big brother, Brandon. Brandon happily danced around to put on a show for Eli, who ate up having his own personal joker! The two of them really hit it off.

Sunday we came home, and got back just as the driving was starting to get bad. Now it's time to get the house ready for Christmas. There is lots to be done...
