It was another quiet week, or as quiet as things can be with these boys. Aaron is working on his words, and one that he has really gotten the hang of this week is the word more. Not only does he say it, but he also does the sign for it. It's a very useful word to have, and that, combined with his all done, make mealtimes a little easier!
Mudgie continues to be a potty superstar, and this week he decided he wanted to do all his peeing standing up. This means that he can pretty much go to the bathroom all by himself. He can pull down his pants, lift the toilet seat, do his business, and flush. The only thing he still needs help with is pulling up his pants. It's pretty awesome! Now if he could only wipe his own butt...
We went out to visit Grampy Michael on Friday. It was our first long car ride since Mudgie stopped wearing diapers. We had to make a pit stop at the Ludlow plaza, but there were no accidents, so I'd call that a success. On Saturday, we went to the Littleton Country Fair. Aaron got to pet a cow (Mudgie didn't want to), and both the boys got to play the little games and get prizes. However, the thing they both liked best was the swings...go figure! Sunday was a busy day at home. It never ceases to amaze me how we can do so little but stay so busy!
