Eli's first play-date

Ok...so I don't know how much Eli really played, but Mommy enjoyed it! Eli and I spent the afternoon with one of the mom's I met at the New Mother's Group run through Emerson. We went over to Karin's house in Concord and spent the afternoon with her and Andrew (who is about 1 week younger than Eli). We ate lunch, chatted, and went for a walk. It was nice to "play" with someone who understands the crying, eating, and pooping cycles of an infant. I didn't have to worry if Eli was fussy. Fortunately, he was on his best behavior and didn't cry until we got in the car to go home! Someday he'll act and sleep that well at home.
